Peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Sunday, May 29, 2022. Annie Eileen (nee Phibbs), wife of the late Roy Stanley Doughty (2007), in her 94th year. Beloved mother of Margaret and Bruce Carruthers, the late Paul (2022) and the late Michelle (2004), Gord Doughty and Ruth and the late David Stephen (2018). Loving Grammie of Jessica (Rob) Thomas, Lara Doughty, Rebekah Doughty and Heather Stephen and Great Grammie of Rory Thomas. Survived by her sisters-in-law Blanche, Helen and Marlene Phibbs and Eileen Pepper. Predeceased by her siblings and siblings-in-law Keith (Muriel) Phibbs, Jack (Helen) Phibbs, Olive (Fay) Kindree, Rex Phibbs, Don (Marjorie and Betty) Phibbs, Ruth (Ernest) Craddock, Bill Phibbs, Tom Phibbs, Margaret (Bruce) Miller, Andrew (Evelyn) Doughty, Jim (Doreen) Doughty and George Pepper. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Eileen's children would like to thank Mary Doughty for caring so well for Mom, ensuring that she could stay at home for as long as she did.
