Peacefully on Tuesday January 24, 2023 from Dover Cliffs Long Term Care Home in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Carter (2010). Loving mother of Larry (Sheila) Bartlett. Proud grandmother of Becky (Tim) Crandall, Wayne (Alisia) Bartlett. Great grandmother of Justin (Ema), Ryan, Landen, Natalie, Tristan, Noami. Survived by her sisters Alma and Shirley. Predeceased by her parents Clayton and Margaret Coates as well as her siblings Patsy and Lorne. Friends are invited to call at COOPER FUNERAL HOME, 19 Talbot Street West, Jarvis on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 11-12pm. Funeral service for Eileen will follow in the chapel at 12pm.
