Welt, Constance 'Connie' (nee Mummery)
Suddenly at Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Friday, April 7, 2023, in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Ted Welt (2020). Connie will be missed by Brian (Robin) Elliott, Janet Schweyer (the late Brian), Gail Post, Bob (Mary) Welt, Melissa and Keith Lindsay, chosen grandchildren Jennifer, Angel, Jasmine, Amillia Lindsay, and many nieces and nephews. As well as good friends Roy Powell and Andrea Barber. Connie is predeceased by her parents, James Mummery and Eleta May Murphy, brothers James Mummery (Rhea), Robert Mummery (Jo), Terry Mummery and sisters Donna Adams (Louis), Jean Pursley (Evan), Elsie Evans (Walter), and Betty Vokes. Friends are invited to call at COOPER FUNERAL HOME, 19 Talbot Street West, Jarvis on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 12 noon until 12:40 pm at which time an OES funeral service will take place followed by her funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Wesley United Church Cemetery. Donations to Daughters of the Nile Foundation, The Salvation Army Simcoe, Alzheimer Society of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
