1947 - 2022
Unexpectedly, at age 75, Corry left us to join her soulmate, Nick Van Soelen. She was a loving sister, Mother, Aunt, Oma and friend to many. She leaves behind two sons, Demetri "Jim" and Peter, as well as much loved grandchildren, Correna, Demetri, Alexis and Sophia. Predeceased by her parents Pieter and Ebeltje, brother John and sister Fina. Friends are invited to call at COOPER FUNERAL HOME, 19 Talbot Street West, Jarvis on Wednesday May 4, 2022 from 6 -8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church, 139 Talbot Street East, Jarvis on Thursday May 5, 2022 at 10 a.m. (The funeral service for Corry will be live-streamed on the church's YouTube Channel - "Jarvis Ebenezer CRC" - for those unable to attend in person.) Interment Mount Hamilton Cemetery at 1 p.m. (The graveside service will be available through the funeral home website.) Corry was an avid bird watcher and cat lover. Donations in memory of Corry to Purrfect Companions in Delhi or Birds Canada are gratefully appreciated.
