Post, Elson Keith. It is with profound sadness we, the family of E. Keith Post, announce his passing from his home in Port Dover, on Monday, June 1, 2020, in his 92nd year. Husband of the late Marguerite (Ray) Post (2004). Beloved father of the late Marilyn Post of Simcoe, Gail Post of St. Thomas, Cheryl Lindsay of London and Bill Post of Simcoe. Loving grandfather of Amanda, Keith (Melissa), Daniel and Tiffany (Grant). Great grandfather of Jennifer, Angel, Jasmine, Amillia, Jessica, William, Gracin, Dean and Logan. Brother of the late Robert, Ken, Tom, Fred, Donald, Walter and Audrey. Survived by sisters-in-law Janet Post and Ruth Latimer Post Francis. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Connie and Ted Welt of Port Dover. Veteran of The Royal Canadian Horse Artillery and retired dispatcher for the Simcoe Detachment of the O.P.P.. Keith was a Past Grand Patron of The Grand Chapter of Ontario, O.E.S., P. M. of King Solomon Lodge #329, Jarvis and a member of Erie Lodge #149, Port Dover and also a member of Mocha Shrine. Cremation will take place. Due to Covid-19 a visitation and service will be held at a later date, but please know that the thoughts and prayers of our friends will sustain us at this time.
