Surrounded by family at Norfolk General Hospital on Wednesday October 12, 2022 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Carol Smuck. Loving father of Stephanie (Neil) and Laura (Reuben). Proud grandfather of Quinnton, Raelynn, Rowan and Emmett. Brother of Mervin (Cheryl), Robert (Diana), and the Late Wyatt (Wendy). Brother-in-law of Sandra (Dave), Barry (Theresa), Karl (Wendy), Bonnie (Scott) and the late Victor. Francis will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Francis had a love for his gardens, cars, Sunday drives and especially his family. The funeral service for Francis will be held at Jarvis Community Church (former Wesley United Church) on Monday, October 17 at 11 am. Interment to follow at Wesley United Church Cemetery.
