Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Gary Montgomery can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Montgomery, Gary Lorne. Suddenly after a lengthy illness on Monday, January 14, 2019. Gary Montgomery of Jarvis, in his 57th year. Beloved husband of Shelley (nee Lamb) and loving father of the late Madison (Maddy), (2006). Son of Helen and the late Lorne and brother of Charles (Michele) and Darlene. Gary was a valued employee of Haldimand County for almost 30 years. Coach Gary was involved with South Coast Special Needs sledge hockey in Waterford, was an avid fisherman and with Shelley, took great pride in how he cared for his home .At Gary's request cremation will take place followed by a gathering to celebrate Gary's life at the R.C.Legion in Hagersville on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 2-5 p.m. A time of sharing will take place at 3:30 p.m. If desired, donations to The Children's Wish Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
