Obituary for John Charles Bradley

Bradley, John Charles

John Bradley Jr. passed away peacefully at Stedman Hospice, surrounded by family who loved him deeply on Monday, October 8, 2018 at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Patty (McGrath), cherished son of Norma and the late John, loving father of Brooke Vokes (Rob) and adoring and proud grandfather of Jack and Brynn. Dear brother to Russ (Debbie), Laurie Lambert (Fred), Ron, and Luanne Martin (Chris). Predeceased by nephew Michael. John will also be remembered by his brother-in-law Mike McGrath (Xavier) and many loving nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. John was a long time employee at CGC, retiring in 2007. He was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 164 and loved honouring the Vets with his recitation of In Flanders Fields every Remembrance Day at the schools and services. Special thanks are extended to the organizations and individuals who provided medical care support to John over the years. A heartfelt thank you to Doctor Amy Montour, Jeanette and the nurses and staff at Stedman Hospice for the exceptional care and compassion provided in John’s final days. If desired, donations to Stedman Hospice in Brantford or the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 164 in Hagersville would be appreciated. At John’s request, cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Hagersville Legion at a later date.
‘Forever in our hearts, we will miss you always’
