Quietly and peacefully, our precious baby girl left us on Thursday, April 9, 2020. She was loved dearly by mommy and daddy, Hazel (nee Connaghan) & Mark Addison and big brother William. Beloved granddaughter of Sandy & Jack Addison and June & the late Charles (2014) Connaghan, great granddaughter of Mildred Addison and a dear niece of late Chelsea Addison (2014), Matthew Connaghan & Jaymi Parbhoo, Greg & Anita Addison, and cousin of Liliana and Eva Addison.
Although her time here was short, she received an abundance of love from her family and friends, including her extended family in the NICU. From early on, Maeve's personality shined through and she became known for her sass and determination. She enjoyed settling into her cuddles, the comfort of her soother and milk, and story-time (especially Winnie-the-Pooh).
Due to restrictions associated with COVID-19, we are unable to meet for a funeral service for Maeve but her funeral will be live-streamed on the COOPER FUNERAL HOME Facebook page on Monday, April 13 at 11 am and available to watch afterward on the website. The graveside service will also be livestreamed from the Caledonia Cemetery on Monday at approximately 12:15. If desired, donations to McMaster Hospital NICU (make cheques payable to Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation and note McMaster NICU on the memo line) would be appreciated by the family.
