Suddenly at Parkview Meadows, Southview, Townsend on Friday, January 14, 2022. Maxine McEwan (nee Mitchell), wife of the late Robert McEwan, in her 95th year. Dear mother of Barbara (Kenneth) Romanuk and Erie (Jack) Rath. Loving sister of Elgin, Helen (the late Mac) Dosser and sister in law of Irene Mitchell and Audrey Mitchell. Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughters Carolyn (Graham) Davis and Kathryn (Jerry) Johnson and her brothers Lawrence (Jenny), Ken (Gladys), James, Glen, Gord and Douglas (Wilma). Due to Covid restrictions, a private service will be held at COOPER FUNERAL HOME, 19 Talbot Street West, Jarvis on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 1 pm. The service will be livestreamed on the Book of Memories website for those who wish to support the family in this way. Interment Knox Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Jarvis.
