Suddenly, at Hamilton General Hospital on Sunday, January 30, 2022, in his 92nd year. Bob Faulkner, beloved husband of Mary (nee Hickey), for 68 years. Loving father of Bob Faulkner jr, Pamela (Dean) Westover and Lindsay (Berniece) Faulkner. Dear grandfather of Amanda, Emily, Graydon, Brittney (Bruce) and Ryder and great grandfather of Grace. Brother of Bert Faulkner of Bonavista, NL. Predeceased by his siblings: Heber John, Blanche, Stephen, Dan, Noah and Bessie. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Robert was born in Bonavista, Newfoundland to Emily (nee Street) and James Faulkner. Bob worked at Dofasco, Burlington Steel and as a longshoreman on the Hamilton waterfront over the years, retiring in 1995. A private funeral service will be held for Bob.
