When mom went into Leisure Living, Ruby was the first one there to take her by the hand to show her around...and was so sad when we had to place her at Parkview Meadows....mom is always asking why she hasn't seen Ruby walking down the hallway...we just tell her she is probably busy.....we haven't told her yet because she would be so upset.....I wished we had taken her back to Leisure Living to visit your mom just one more time....we all were very lucky to have Ruby in our lives....she is now enjoying her long awaited place in Paradise...…

Condolence From: Tracy & Greg Lumley
Condolence: Condolences to the family. After my grandmother Vera Cooke passed away, Ruby came to clean the house for grandpa Jack Cooke and kept an eye on him. Grandpa always used to tell me that Ruby insisted on cleaning the floors down on her hands and knees because that was the only way she thought it should be done. She was a great friend to Grandpa and I always enjoyed visiting with her when our paths crossed. She was a wonderful lady who will be missed.
