Peacefully, the Lord took unto Himself His child, Thea Regnerus (nee Snyder), from her home in Caledonia on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late George Regnerus. Dear mother of George† and Sharon (Mackenzie, Daniel, Evan and Alex), Christina and Mark (Meagan and Jack), Dan and Val (Annika and Alena), and Tim and Andrea (Samantha, Danielle, Clayton, and Georgia). Beloved sister to Jennie and Tony DeWeerd, Ann and Bill Vandenberg, Charlie and Lilly† Snyder, Clarence and Hazel Snyder, Albert and Evelyn† Snyder, Helen and John Vandoorn, and Tom and Judy Snyder. Beloved sister-in-law of Tony† and Annie† Regnerus, Ann† and Peter† Vanschepen, Bob† and Edith† Regnerus, Sam† and Alyce Regnerus, Louie† and Jane Regnerus, Mary† and Bill† Mantel, and Andy and Diane† Regnerus. Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Maranatha CRC, 33 King Avenue, York on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 5-8 pm.
Funeral service, lead by Pastor Martin Dam, will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday,
November 19, 2022 at Maranatha CRC. Interment to follow at St. John’s Anglican Church cemetery.
