It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Deborah Leslie Bell in her 58th year at her home in Port Dover.on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Debbie is survived by her mother Elaine Welden, and siblings Mike Bell (Valarie), Pat Tapper, Barbara Morgan (Bruce), Marion Townsend (Randy), Brian Bell (Leslie), and her brother in law Rick Riegert. Predeceased by her father Kenneth Ramsey Bell (Sr.), brother Ken and sister Kathy Riegert as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place and interment of Deborah's cremated remains will take place at Port Dover Cemetery in the spring.
