Queenie was a real lady. She was my Brown Owl and many a good times I had sitting with her during the Brant Men of Song performances that we attended. It is remarkable that she lived to be 103 years old and just as sharp as the day I first met her.
My condolences to the family. Queenie will be sadly missed. Bob and Heather MacMillan

Known to me as Auntie Queen or for a time Brown Owl. She was one of my babysitters when I was quite young. I can still picture playing the Hokey Pokey with her. She was also my Brownie leader. Although it has been many, many years since I last saw her, she has always been and will always be a very special part of my life. She is missed.
